I live alone and I cook pretty useless. Beyond baked beans on toast and scrambled eggs, there is little that I can cook, and often lead in turn.

Take away is obviously not good for the balance or the hips, but I do not feel like cooking, because I do not know how. I do not have pay TV so I can not watch cooking shows and I think I'm a visual learner to recipes from a book does not inspire me. I thought a cooking class or course, the trick can.

Does anyone know of cooking class, or around the northern beaches? Preferably, to learn to do something healthy and fast! Am I asking too much?
