Pinky Clips Question About My Pinky Toe Nail?

Question about my Pinky toe nail? - pinky clips

My finger is a small growth tack on the left side of the nail. I can not do all the clips out of the way, because it is connected to the skin as my fingernail Pinky. It does not hurt and is not noticeable.
Is this something to worry about?
